Private Events
Group and event care requests still require clinical and operational review.
Baseline Medical can review private event and group care requests, but acceptance is not automatic. Each request is evaluated for service region, staffing, timing, clinical appropriateness, and safety boundaries.
Group requests
Requests may involve groups, workplaces, gatherings, or planned events, but each setting must be reviewed before acceptance.
Scheduling review
Timing, staffing, region, and care scope are reviewed before any visit or group service is confirmed.
Clinical boundaries
Private events do not remove eligibility review, escalation rules, or individual clinical appropriateness checks.
What Baseline reviews
- Event size, location, timing, and service region
- Requested services and clinical appropriateness
- Provider availability and operational capacity
- Whether the request belongs in a higher-acuity care setting
Boundaries for event requests
- Private events are reviewed requests, not guaranteed bookings
- Care must remain clinically appropriate for each person
- Baseline Medical is not emergency response or event medical standby
- Emergency symptoms require 911, emergency departments, or appropriate urgent evaluation
