PureDropIV → Baseline Medical
Why PureDropIV Became Baseline Medical
A message to our legacy PureDropIV patients: thank you. You trusted us in your homes, offices, hotels, events, and personal wellness routines. We are grateful for that trust.

PureDropIV began with a simple mission: to make hydration and wellness support more accessible, personal, and convenient. That mission has not changed.
What has changed is the model around that care. Baseline Medical was created to keep the warmth, convenience, and personal support patients valued from PureDropIV, while adding a stronger clinical model focused on safety, informed choice, documentation, and responsible care.
Higher standard
This is not just a name change.
As mobile wellness care has grown across the country, the standard for IV therapy and related services has also changed. These services should not be treated like simple retail transactions. They involve your health, your history, your medications, your symptoms, your risks, and your goals.
That is why PureDropIV evolved into Baseline Medical. This transition is our commitment to setting a higher standard for mobile wellness care.
Same values
The same care values, with a stronger model.
Many of the same people, values, and patient-centered relationships that patients trusted through PureDropIV continue forward with Baseline Medical.
You may still see familiar faces. You can still expect kindness, responsiveness, and personal attention. What is different is the structure around the visit.
Under Baseline Medical, every appointment is treated as a clinical visit with Nurse Practitioner telehealth involvement, informed consent, documentation, and safety screening.
Same commitment. Stronger model. Higher standard.
Why we evolved
PureDropIV was the beginning. Baseline Medical is the next chapter.
PureDropIV helped many patients experience mobile wellness care in a more convenient and personal way. Patients appreciated the access, comfort, and support.
We still believe those things matter.
But as the industry changed, we believed our model needed to grow too. Baseline Medical allows us to provide a more complete and responsible care experience — one that includes patient choice, clinical review, safety screening, informed consent, documentation, and referral to a higher level of care when mobile care is not the right setting.
Patient-directed care
Do patients still get to choose?
Yes. Baseline Medical supports patient-directed care.
Your goals, preferences, symptoms, wellness priorities, and past experiences matter. You can tell us what you are hoping to address, share what has worked for you before, ask about options, or ask for more information before making a decision.
You bring your goals and lived experience. The clinical team brings medical judgment, safety screening, and professional responsibility. Together, we determine what is appropriate for that visit.
Convenience
Convenience still matters.
Baseline Medical still believes in accessible, personal care.
We know patients are busy. We know many people appreciated PureDropIV because it made wellness support feel easier, warmer, and less intimidating.
We are not moving away from that. We are building on it. Baseline Medical keeps the convenience of PureDropIV, but places it inside a stronger clinical structure.
Commitment
Our commitment going forward.
Baseline Medical is committed to patient-directed care, clinical review at every visit, an appropriate patient-provider relationship, licensed professionals working in appropriate roles, informed consent, proper documentation, privacy, and clear communication.
To our legacy PureDropIV patients: thank you for growing with us. Baseline Medical is our way of carrying forward what patients valued most — access, kindness, convenience, communication, and trust — while building a safer and stronger model for the future.
Frequently asked questions
Questions legacy PureDropIV patients may have.
Is this still the same team?
Baseline Medical carries forward many of the same people, values, and patient-centered relationships that patients came to trust through PureDropIV. You may still interact with familiar team members. The name and model have changed, but the commitment remains the same: personal, respectful, convenient, and clinically responsible care.
Are Baseline Medical providers really your providers?
Yes. The providers involved in your care are part of the Baseline Medical clinical care model. Your care is not handled as a disconnected transaction. Our providers, nurses, and support team members work within the Baseline Medical process, including our clinical review, documentation, consent, and safety standards.
Will my appointment be longer now?
Most appointments are still designed to fit within a normal visit window. Patients should usually plan for about one hour, depending on the service, the clinical review, your questions, and your individual needs. The goal is not to make visits longer. The goal is to make sure there is enough time to care for you properly.
Why do I have to answer health questions every time?
Because your health can change between visits. Your medications, symptoms, allergies, hydration status, recent illnesses, and risk factors may be different each time. These questions help us decide whether the requested service is appropriate and safe for you that day.
Will I still get to choose my service?
Yes, you can request a service and share your preferences. You can also ask questions, discuss options, or decline care. Every service is still subject to clinical review. Sometimes the service you request may be appropriate. Sometimes a different option may be better. Sometimes mobile care may not be the safest choice that day.
Can I request the same service I received before?
Yes. You can request a service you received through PureDropIV. We will still review your current health status before providing care. A service that was appropriate in the past may not always be appropriate today.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Protecting patient information is part of responsible care. Baseline Medical uses secure systems and privacy practices for intake, consent, documentation, and care coordination. Patient information is treated as private medical information and is accessed only by authorized team members who need it to support your care.
Can I request a specific nurse or familiar team member?
Yes, you may request a familiar team member when scheduling. We will do our best to accommodate requests when possible, but availability may depend on scheduling, location, service type, and clinical needs.
What happens if a service is not appropriate?
If a requested service is not appropriate, we will explain why as clearly and respectfully as possible. We may recommend a different Baseline Medical service, or we may recommend urgent care, emergency care, primary care, or another medical provider. Saying “not today” can sometimes be the safest and most caring decision.
Why the change?
PureDropIV was an important beginning. Baseline Medical is the next step. The mobile wellness industry has changed, and we believe patients deserve a model that grows with those expectations. This transition is about safety, responsibility, and setting a higher standard.
